Ales Martan

Come say hi34yo Czech in Asia, working worldwidehello@alesm.dev

I'm a creative developer with an eye for details and the hands to build them. I make interfaces feel right, then ship the whole product underneath, front to back, mostly solo.

I care about how a product feels: the spacing, the states, the little bit of motion, all the small things people notice but can't quite name. Then I build the whole thing that delivers it, from the interface down to the infrastructure.

I work fast and mostly solo, with AI woven through everything. Claude Code, Codex, a little Mac mini humming automations day and night. I care about the details users feel and the plumbing they never notice.

Some Work

I built the whole thing except the prop tech itself: the marketing site, the full trader dashboard, and the internal admin panel we call Headquarters.

Website

SEO-optimized, with a complete guest-checkout order flow that stays smooth from first click to paid. Blog and affiliate program included.

Headquarters

The admin panel running the operation behind the scenes: payouts, scoring, discount codes, analytics, risk analysis, trading data and finance. Plus a full control panel over every dashboard function, from disabling features to pushing announcements.

Dashboard

Built around the trading view, then wrapped in community tools: a fully automated giveaways system, a drop mechanic that awards discounts as prizes, and a built-in Discord replacement (a full internal community chat with livestreaming and everything you'd expect). Overnight, an automated newsletter is generated from the previous day's trading data and delivered straight to each trader's dashboard. On top of that: a full certificates system with its design managed from Headquarters, an affiliate program with tiers and sub-affiliates, and a built-in support system.

Project management built for teams working shoulder to shoulder with AI agents. The kanban board stays the single source of truth, and every card doubles as a machine-readable brief an agent can pick up, execute, and report back on.

Website

The marketing site: what Quill is, who it's for, and why a board built for agents beats a plain kanban. I owned the positioning and the copy, the free-while-in-beta offer, and the whole case for treating structured cards as clean agent handoffs. It's SEO-minded and quick, shaped so a first-time visitor gets the product within a few seconds, well before they ever create an account or sign in.

Webapp

The product itself. A kanban board where every card is a structured brief: type, scope, checklists, linked repos and files. The Quill Agent runs with full card and workspace context, fired from a palette, a comment, voice or a Slack @mention, and cites its sources. GitHub repos and Slack threads bind straight to projects, and agents connect over the CLI and a native MCP server (Claude Code, Cursor) to work the board, all grounded in a hybrid knowledge base.

A MarketingOS that treats content as one pipeline instead of a pile of one-off posts. A brand-trained AI drafts in your voice, and a single click pushes the result out to every channel at once.

Website

The marketing site. Positioning, messaging and the whole pitch: one place to create your content, a brand-trained AI that writes it, and one-click publishing to fourteen-plus platforms. Built to make the all-in-one promise land fast, with how-it-works, integrations and pricing laid out clearly.

Webapp

The product itself. A campaigns dashboard that runs content across every channel from one place. The brand-aware AI generates copy in your voice, an Image Playground handles the visuals, and one click distributes to 14+ destinations: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram and email over Brevo. No more manual cross-posting.

The Story

Then

Creative direction

Years leading creative for teams. Where the obsession with how things look and feel started.

After

Learned to build

Got tired of handing ideas off, so I learned to ship them myself, frontend to backend.

Now

Creative developer

I build full products end to end. UI/UX I obsess over, an AI-native workflow doing the rest.
