I ran a creative team of six before I ever shipped code, and I've built most of what's here myself since. Both sides taught me the same thing: the handoff is where products die.
A complete product layer for prop firms. The firm keeps its own prop tech and its own data; PropFrame is everything built around them, so it works the same whether the firm trades futures, CFDs or crypto. It runs a live firm in production today, and it sells the other way too: a prop tech provider can integrate it once and offer it white-labeled to every firm on its book. The demo behind the link is that same system with the real traders stripped out.
The portal a trader lives in, from the first evaluation to the eighth payout: accounts, objectives, drawdown state and the profit-split score behind every payout. Around it sits the community layer, including a fully automated giveaway system and a built-in replacement for Discord, with livestreaming and everything else you'd expect from it. Overnight, an agent turns the previous day's trading data into a newsletter and delivers it straight to each trader's dashboard. Certificates, a tiered affiliate program and support all live in here too.
The console running the operation behind the scenes: payouts, scoring, risk and the money. The whole commerce side lives here too, down to the guest-checkout storefront it drives. Every trader and every account is searchable and editable from one place, so support and risk work out of the same screens the numbers come from. It also holds a control panel over every function in the trader dashboard, so staff can moderate the community, settle an affiliate payout or push an announcement without waiting on a deploy.
Project management built for teams working shoulder to shoulder with AI agents. The kanban board stays the single source of truth, and every card doubles as a machine-readable brief an agent can pick up, execute, and report back on.
The marketing site: what Quill is, who it's for, and why a board built for agents beats a plain kanban. I owned the positioning, the copy and the free-while-in-beta offer, down to the case for treating a structured card as a clean agent handoff. The whole thing is built to land before anyone signs in.
The product itself. A kanban board where every card is a structured brief, carrying its own scope, checklists and linked repos. The Quill Agent runs with full card and workspace context and cites its sources, and you can fire it from a palette, a comment, your voice or a Slack @mention. GitHub repos and Slack threads bind straight to projects, and outside agents connect over a CLI and a native MCP server to work the board themselves, all grounded in a hybrid knowledge base.
A MarketingOS that treats content as one pipeline instead of a pile of one-off posts. A brand-trained AI drafts in your voice, and a single click pushes the result out to every channel at once.
The marketing site. I did the positioning and the whole pitch: one place to make your content, an AI trained on your brand that writes it, and one click to publish everywhere. The hard part was making an all-in-one promise sound specific instead of vague.
The product itself. A campaigns dashboard that runs content across every channel from one place. The brand-aware AI drafts in your voice, an Image Playground handles the visuals, and one click pushes the result to 14+ destinations: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram and email over Brevo. Nobody has to cross-post by hand again.
Agentic flows are my favorite thing to build. Some run on a schedule, some reason their own way through a job, and the good ones do both.
They read the real systems overnight and leave something finished behind: a report, a decision queue, a week of content ready to post.

Ran the video team of four to six editors. Kept them supplied with assets, reviewed everything before it shipped and held the quality line on both the edit and the design.
Cut nearly everything the firm put out, from trader interviews to ads, plus the design work around them. Editing every video meant rewatching every video, which taught me trading and the rules of the business from the inside.
