Nightly Ops
A full pass over the platform while it sleeps. It walks the database, the scheduled jobs, payments, the payout queue, the site and security in turn, fixes what it can safely fix on its own, and leaves the rest where a person will see it.
What it reads
Production and staging tables against each other, every scheduled job, the payment ledger, the payout queue, the error log and the traffic.
What it leaves behind
A verdict per area with the timestamps it ran them, whatever it repaired overnight, and a short list of what still needs a human.
What a person does
Read the one item at the top. On a good night there isn't one.
A real run
Real runs I built for a prop trading firm, one flow per department, retold here as one-page samples. Names and account numbers are invented.
